The LCS Butterfly Fashion Show | Leukaemia Cancer Society

The LCS Butterfly Fashion Show

A celebration for those who have survived, an inspiration for those recently diagnosed.

The LCS is hosting a charity fashion show on 11 June 2015 (7pm) at the Penridge Suite, London, N11. Tickets are available at £15/person including a finger buffet. Don’t miss out- come along to this event and enjoy fashion and fun. Try on and buy this seasons fashion at greatly reduced prices. We are privileged to have celebrity cook, TV presenter and Friend of the charity, Tonia Buxton leading our models onto the catwalk. Our Models will also include ladies that have challenged and beaten cancer! All funds raised will go towards the work of the charity, to help as many cancer patients as possible. So if you would like a fantastic night out with your family and friends please call or e-mail us to book your tickets.

It is a celebration for those who have survived, an inspiration for those recently diagnosed and an awareness generator for the community. The LCS Butterfly Campaign has lent it's name to the Fashion Show. Our campaign gets its name from the theory that a butterfly flapping its wings in one part of the world might lead to a hurricane forming in another hemisphere. Just like any one volunteer donor on the bone marrow/ stem cell register can potentially be the lifesaving match for a patient anywhere in the World! Butterflies are also a symbol of hope, joy and a transformation of change: meaning out with the old and in with the new. The same meaning a Stem cell transplant has for a blood cancer patient. We ask that you support this Campaign to help increase the number and diversity on the Bone Marrow / Stem Cell register.
